Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our Ohio facility. The role emphasizes high standards, teamwork, and cross-shift collaboration to support reliable service.

You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, ensure safety policy compliance, manage resources for maximum output, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flex shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.
