Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership and management experience, including hiring and team development.
• Adheres to GMP and safety standards and compliance.
• Industrial equipment operation with forklift experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: picking, putaway, rotation, wrapping, space management, and shipping.
• Schedule and manage the warehouse team to meet fulfillment demands and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure coverage and reassign duties to maintain workflow.
• Report progress to Warehouse Manager and address issues for continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory and shipment accuracy; train inventory controller if needed.
• Maintain clean storage areas and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Implement health and safety procedures and training.
