The role requires strong leadership, GMP compliance, and experience with forklifts and equipment maintenance. Occasional travel and a PM shift schedule are expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and management experience, including hiring and performance management.
• Adheres to GMP and safety standards; ability to operate forklifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including picking, putaway, rotation, packing, and shipping.
• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet fulfillment center demands.
• Ensure coverage of tasks and reassign duties to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Regularly report progress to Warehouse Manager and address issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and shipments for accuracy and train inventory controller if needed.
• Maintain clean and safe storage areas; oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time dispatch of products.
• Implement health and safety procedures and training to ensure a safe workplace.
