Job summary

Qualifications
- College or trade school degree desirable in refrigeration and electrical maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Oversees maintenance associates and ensures preventive maintenance is performed on schedule.
- Creates and monitors planned maintenance tasks using a computerized system.
- Facilitates inspections and verifies proper inventory procedures.
- Orders parts, supplies or tools to complete jobs.
- Oversees sanitation compliance and pest control programs daily.
