Vertiv in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead production support and logistics in our fast-paced facility. You will oversee 35+ staff, drive shipping/receiving, inventory control, and KPI performance to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, staff development, compliance with 5S and safety standards, and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager and Plant Manager to meet production goals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
• 2+ years leadership experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom environment.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Manage warehouse operations in compliance with 5S and safety initiatives; maintain upkeep of building and equipment.
• Manage inventory, including storage and labeling.
• Perform and supervise inventory audits, cycle counts and annual physical inventory; initiate corrective action where needed.
• Coordinate warehouse logistics including imports and exports.
• Staff, train, coach, and manage employees; develop training and certifications; run performance appraisals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing.
• Other duties as assigned.
