Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Pelzer, SC warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material movement to support production. You will oversee production picking, receiving, and material flow while driving continuous improvement and KPI performance on the floor.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control expertise, and experience with ERP/warehouse systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/receiving/shipping and inventory control experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for daily P2 warehouse operations and assigned warehouse associates.
• Coordinate labor and resources across Production Picking, Ship Loose Picking, Receiving, and Material Movement.
• Ensure material is picked, staged, issued, and delivered accurately and on time to support the production schedule.
• Lead daily floor management activities, including workload allocation and shift handoffs.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates with safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Support cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and corrective actions for inventory accuracy.
