Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team, ensuring service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met in collaboration with Operations leadership.

You will supervise staff, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventory, plan production schedules, and track performance to support efficient warehouse operations and compliance with Lineage’s safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noisy environments.
• Temperature tolerance in cold and dry storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
