Job summary

ETS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an in-person role in Indiana. The position pays $28-$30 per hour on 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, implement Lean practices, and lead a team to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include organizing receiving, shipping, and inventory processes, establishing standard work, and driving continuous improvement with 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Establish standard work assignments to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules.
• Implement Lean methods such as 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting to improve material flow.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through cross-training and performance management.
