Job summary

Tenneco in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead material movement, supervise Shipping and Receiving, and drive lean initiatives across plant operations. You will develop processes that support production schedules and mentor teams to improve efficiency and accountability.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. APICS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with ERP planning systems and Excel.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop material processes and systems to support Plant Operations.
• Arrange in-plant transfers of materials to meet production schedules.
• Supervise Shipping and Receiving personnel.
• Supervise Material Handlers on all shifts.
• Motivate and develop subordinates to optimize performance and growth.
• Continuously improve equipment utilization.
• Establish key metrics and hold team accountable.
• Create standardized work and train teams.
• Monitor safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Other duties as assigned, including overtime.
