Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months or less work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Fork lift experience and certification preferred.
• Proficiency in computer literacy; ability to use Microsoft Office and dealer software.
• Must speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and contamination control.
• Supervise warehouse staff per company policies.
• Interview, hire, coach, mentor, and train warehouse employees.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager to align goals.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee WMS operations and order pulling performance.
• Manage employee schedules, attendance, and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
