Dufry Careers is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor for the Hudson Distribution Center in California. The role requires supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries across shifts, mornings to evenings, on a full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1 year supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and SAP. This position involves driving company vehicles and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year supervisor experience required.
• Warehouse supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with Inventory Management.
• Receiving, storing, delivering inventory experience.
• Experience with Excel or similar database management system.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to drive a truck safely.
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise and supplies to stores.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of subordinates.
• Assists management in covering and running shifts.
• Assists with scheduling to ensure that all shifts are covered.
• Complies with delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently processes deliveries.
• Utilizes computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations.
• Assists in the transportation of orders between the warehouse and stores.
