5.11 is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our California facility. You will oversee inbound/outbound, staffing, and performance to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in related field or equivalent, 3-5 years supervision in distribution, WMS/RF expertise, and strong leadership. We offer comprehensive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume distribution.
• Experience with WMS, RF technology, and inventory processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound distribution operations.
• Manage staffing and labor to meet demand.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and accuracy.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, certification, and development.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean.
