Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support warehouse operations, move products, load/unload materials, and maintain a safe, organized facility in a cold storage environment. You will handle inventory, order fulfillment, and packaging to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The role requires basic warehouse equipment operation, 1+ year experience, and English proficiency. Weekend/evening availability and overtime may be required in a fast-growing cold-chain context.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment (stand up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture in the facility and follow all safety rules at all times.
• Move products and packages throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and report issues.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and place them in storage locations.
• Ensure accurate labeling and boxing for shipments.
• Assemble daily shipments by location and category.
• Pack orders into appropriate shipping containers for delivery.
• Inspect products to ensure no damage and perform quality checks.
