Job summary

RealCold is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Florida to direct daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. You will supervise a team, manage scheduling, and coordinate with the operations manager to optimize performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role emphasizes food safety, cross-training, resource planning, and reporting to leadership. Candidates should have distribution/warehouse experience and supervisory skills in a cold storage setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack and high reach forklift.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Safety Culture throughout the Facility; safety is the top priority.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Supervise the warehouse team including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management.
• Schedule the inventory control team and approve payroll time sheets.
• Coordinate daily task assignments and warehouse activities.
• Support food safety compliance and SQF objectives.
