Job summary

Lineage in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing facility. The role involves coaching staff, ensuring safety, and meeting service standards while collaborating with Operations leadership.

The position requires experience supervising warehouses, familiarity with WMS, and the ability to plan schedules and control inventory.

Qualifications

Experience leading warehouse teams and driving productivity.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to create and adjust schedules, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements in cold/dry storage environments.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
Manage operational procedures including incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete job assignments while keeping time and production records
Track and report to designated plant personnel
Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability
May need to ensure accidents are investigated according to the company's procedures
