Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates and drive operational excellence. You will coach staff and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met across inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS, and the ability to work in cold storage and dry storage conditions.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including inbound and outbound shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• May need to investigate accidents according to company procedures.
