Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehousing operations in a fast-paced facility. You will supervise a team of associates, assign tasks, and ensure accurate shipments, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and cost-management skills, and the ability to implement improvements that boost productivity while maintaining quality and service levels.

Formación

• Associate degree in a related field or six months related experience.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution.
• Proven warehouse supervisory experience.
• Warehouse and logistics experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience or education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates and assign tasks in warehouse operations.
• Maintain staffing and schedule to meet customer and company requirements.
• Lead department meetings and manage labor costs against budget.
• Oversee storage, inventory, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures.
• Provide feedback, training, and growth opportunities to team members.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely; ensure maintenance.
