Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor receiving, put-away, and shipping for accuracy and productivity.
• Communicate policies and mentor staff on safety and performance standards.
• Plan scheduling to cover vacations and shift fill-ins; coordinate personnel needs.
• Balance staff across work areas to maintain consistent workflow and monitor productivity.
• Coach staff on performance, reduce overtime, and optimize process flows with Transportation and Inventory Control.
