Job summary

KCO Resource Management is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Wisconsin. The role oversees the entire warehouse in a 24/7 operation, ensuring accurate inventory, safe procedures, and high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will lead front-line teams, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and drive continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, and sanitation. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in distribution or warehouse operations, with food industry experience a plus.
• Proven experience leading teams beyond lead roles.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and facility cleanliness.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff, build bench strength.
• Ensure data integrity for receipts, shipments, stock adjustments, and customer issues.
• Coordinate shift operations and labor resources for smooth transitions.
• Monitor metrics like service, productivity, and inventory; seek cost reductions.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in a 24/7 operation.
