Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night team and maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.

You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and driver coordination in a 100% on-site facility. The role demands hands-on leadership, forklift proficiency (Stand-Up Crown preferred), strong communication in English, and a track record of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Prior leadership experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Familiarity with RF-controlled inventory systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to shipping office personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standard operating procedures.
• Address and resolve issues involving customers, carriers, and drivers.
• Manage Over, Short, and Damaged (OS&D) claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation for accessorial charges.
• Oversee employee performance and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitor operations to ensure alignment with benchmarking standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Contribute to hiring and staffing decisions through feedback and recommendations.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions outside of regular hours.
