Job summary

Certco, Inc. on Femrite Drive in Madison, WI seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a seasoned overnight team. You will drive productivity, ensure inventory integrity via the WMS, and foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and strong math skills.
• 3 years of related warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience operating WMS and basic Office software.
• Safety-minded with ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees during 3rd shift operations.
• Set clear expectations and communicate priorities to the team.
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• Coach employees and provide feedback when needed.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and operational issues.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with other supervisors and management to coordinate operations between shifts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Complete required documentation and communicate important information to management.
