Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Story City, IA to coordinate and lead our warehouse team at the distribution center. You will provide direction, develop staff, and ensure efficient warehouse operations within a 1-shift, 5-day schedule.

Key responsibilities include talent management, scheduling, supply chain oversight, and enforcing safety and quality standards. You will build strong relationships with sales, customer service, and other WinField locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience leading people.
• 2+ years leadership in operations, warehouse management, or personnel management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 1st shift staff at the Story City location.
• Talent management and staff scheduling to support a 1-shift/5-days work week.
• Oversee supply chain operations and daily warehouse management.
• Administer compliance and safety training and oversight.
• Maintain safety, production, service, quality, and inventory standards; build internal relationships with local sales, customer service, and other WinField sites.
