Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Story City, IA Distribution Center. Manage and coordinate a 1st shift team, lead safety initiatives, and drive efficient warehouse operations in a 1-shift/5-days-a-week schedule.

You will be responsible for talent management, scheduling, and maintaining quality, inventory control, and service standards across the site. Collaboration with sales, customer service, and other locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Supervisory Experience: 1+ years of experience managing people.
• Candidates in rotational Land O'Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.
• Leadership: 2+ years of experience with operations and/or warehouse management.
• Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 1st shift staff.
• Talent management and scheduling staff.
• Oversee supply chain operations and management.
• Ensure compliance & safety training and oversight.
• Maintain safety, production, service, quality, and inventory standards and employee development.
• Maintain relationships with local sales team, customer service, and other Land O'Lakes locations.
