Job summary

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Supervisor for the 1st shift at the Southwest Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead and develop the 1st shift staff, manage warehouse operations, and coordinate with sales, customer service, and plant leadership to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

The role requires 1+ year in supervisory roles, 2+ years in warehouse operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience managing people.
2+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations with leadership or operations track record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software.
Candidates in Land O’Lakes TAP/MMT/DMT programs will be considered.
Experience with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the 1st shift staff, including talent management and scheduling.
Oversee supply chain operations and management at the SWDC in Fort Worth, TX.
Ensure compliance, safety training, and oversight across the site.
Maintain relations with local sales, customer service, manufacturing leadership, and corporate partners.
Contribute to safety, production, service, quality, and inventory control standards.
