Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Supervisor for the 1st shift at the Fort Worth, TX site. The role leads a 1st shift team, coordinates warehouse operations, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time performance in a two-shift, five-day operation.

The candidate will manage staff performance, scheduling, and development, while maintaining strong relationships with sales, customer service, and manufacturing leadership to meet site goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience managing people.
• 2+ years of warehouse/distribution center operations with leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with forecasting sales and inventory; budgeting.
• Experience with DOT regulations, EH&S programs and safety procedures.
• Forklift experience.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead operations at the Southwest Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX.
• Lead and develop 1st shift staff; manage scheduling and talent development.
• Oversee supply chain operations, compliance, safety training, and standards maintenance.
• Maintain strong working relationships with local sales, customer service, manufacturing, and shared services partners.
• Ensure inventory control and quality practices across the site.
