Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Story City, IA Distribution Center to lead a 1-shift/5-days-a-week operation. You will manage, develop, and schedule warehouse staff while ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.

You will partner with sales and logistics teams, enforce DOT and EH&S procedures, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control, quality, and service levels. A HS diploma and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Supervisory Experience: 1 year managing people.
• Leadership: 2 years in operations/warehouse management.
• Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software.
• Preferred: 5+ years supervisory in similar role; DOT/EH&S/compliance experience.
