Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of supply inspection/examination procedures.
• Proficient in inventory research for unmarked/defective material.
• Proficient with DSS and other automated distribution systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Email).

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in scheduling work and instructing a group of employees.
• Perform evaluations and maintain flow of work and records.
• May act on behalf of supervisor during emergencies or absences.
• Identify, examine, classify, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read manuals, specifications, drawings, and prints for inventory.
• Load/unload material from skids, pallets, and stands.
• Conduct Shelf-Life and COSIS actions as required.
• Prepare labels and reports as required.
