Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the second shift in San Diego, CA. The role coordinates a team, audits stock, and ensures MIL-STD 129 compliance while handling materials and conducting COSIS and shelf-life inspections.

Second shift includes a $1.00 per hour differential, plus a $2.50 per hour lead differential, and requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years college or technical school preferred; may substitute experience.
• 5 years general experience.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, QA, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and instruct a group of employees under supervisor direction.
• Maintain records and assist in ensuring smooth workflow.
• May act on behalf of supervisor in emergencies or absences.
• Identify, examine, classify, accept/reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read manuals, drawings, and prints for material handling tasks.
• Load/unload materials and operate handling equipment.
• Conduct shelf-life and COSIS actions as required.
• Prepare labels and reports as needed.
• Operate MHE and input data to automated systems.
