Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the second shift in San Diego, CA. You will oversee receiving, stow, and issue of material, ensure MIL-STD 129N compliance, and supervise a small team in a fast-paced depot environment.

You must have a high school diploma or GED with several years of material handling experience, proficiency in DSS and MS Office, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances. Competitive shift and lead differentials apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years specific material handling experience.
• 5 years general experience.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in scheduling and instructing a team.
• Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow.
• May act for supervisor in emergencies or absence.
• Identify, inspect, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read supply manuals, specs, and drawings.
• Load/unload material to/from pallets and stands.
• Coordinate shelf-life and COSIS activities as needed.
• Prepare labels and reports as required.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Enter data into DSS and other systems.
