Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead to support our local operations. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and issuing material, enforcing MIL-STD 129N, and coordinating with the team on third shift with applicable pay differentials.

You will supervise daily work, maintain records, perform inspections, and use the Warehouse Management System to track inventory, generate reports, and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years general experience in related field.
• 3 years material handling, supply, distribution or QA experience.
• 2 years college or technical school preferred (may substitute experience for education).

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in scheduling work and directing a group of employees.
• Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow across tasks.
• May cover supervisor duties in emergencies or absences.
• Identify, classify, accept/reject material per DLA regulations.
• Read manuals, specs, drawings, and prints for inspections.
• Operate MHE and ensure proper licensing.
• Prepare labels and reports; input data into DSS and other systems.
