Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator up, down and across the organization.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); college degree preferred.
• Ability to use NEFCO's ERP software system.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching of construction materials.
• Ensure orders and transfers are accurate and loaded per guidelines.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse and processing areas.
• Review timecards and approve PTO and hours.
• Lead staff with high performance and accountability.
