Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations at the Westfield facility.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and perform duties across operations; supervise personnel and equipment.
• Review schedules and work orders; set priorities and adjust to project needs.
• Direct staff such as operators, material handlers, and packaging personnel.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve damages, shortages, or nonconformances.
• Identify methods to improve efficiency, safety, and quality of products/services.
• Analyze problems and support staff to solve issues; assist in training and mentoring.
• Assist Production Manager or Supervisors on special projects as needed.
