Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• At least three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedule, and expedite workflow for cost efficiency.
• Assign duties and check quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule inventories and oversee outbound shipping accuracy.
• Provide instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and process improvements.
