The position emphasizes proactive issue resolution, strong leadership, and driving accountability for operational execution with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation leadership.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and supporting route or delivery drivers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fleet coordination, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-shift warehouse operations and oversee staffing, workflow, route staging, and productivity.
• Supervise associates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse, cooler, freezer, and dock areas; monitor inventory accuracy and performance.
• Serve as primary contact for route drivers and manage ACC check-in process; verify paperwork and documentation.
• Document fleet defects and maintenance needs; ensure vehicles and equipment are service-ready.
• Participate in inventories, audits, and maintaining inventory records; manage overtime per policy.
