Job summary

The Associate Care Center (ACC) Warehouse Manager at Canteen leads the day-shift warehouse operation and serves as the primary contact for route drivers. This role ensures safe, efficient warehouse activities, supports drivers, coordinates communication across departments, and drives accountability for execution.

You will promote a safety-first culture, assist in hiring and training, and manage inventory, fleet, and equipment readiness to keep deliveries on time and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation leadership experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and supporting route or delivery drivers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fleet coordination, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies, PPE, and inspections.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and productivity.
• Supervise associates with coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready warehouse, cooler, and dock areas.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and operational performance.
• Coordinate ACC check-in, driver communications, and service updates.
