The Associate Care Center (ACC) Warehouse Manager at Canteen is responsible for leading day-shift warehouse operations and acting as the primary contact for route drivers. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution while supporting driver success and cross-functional communication with operations, transportation, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with WMS, MS Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, safety, and service goals.
• Serve as primary ACC contact for route drivers, providing support and guidance.
• Build relationships with drivers and warehouse staff through responsive communication.
• Coordinate daily activities with transportation, operations, customer service and leadership.
• Monitor workflows, inventory movement, loading, and route prep for efficiency.
• Identify barriers, address issues, and implement improvements to driver experience.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive accountability for schedules and performance; coach and develop staff.
• Investigate and resolve service, delivery, or inventory concerns promptly.
• Maintain records and metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.
