Job summary

Crane is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Subject Matter Expert to support on-site operations in Lockbourne, OH. The role requires supervising teammates, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of client orders, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will perform inventory counts, operate forklifts, and help manage warehouse housekeeping while ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Three+ years of related experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of team members as instructed by supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments as directed.
• Monitor safety and security procedures to maintain compliance.
• Lead housekeeping duties and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Load/unload materials and attach labels to items.
• Scan freight using the warehouse management system.
