Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform sign-off on BOLs, pick and pack orders, and manage loading/unloading with various forklift equipment on-site in Lockbourne, OH. The role requires following Crane SOPs, maintaining safety, and ensuring accuracy in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with forklift certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one-year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• On-site work location is required.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading (BOL) and verify packing lists and vendor accuracy.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently according to Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards while maintaining a safe environment.
• Read work orders and determine materials or container loads to move.
• Operate approved equipment after training (pallet jack, rider jack, standup, order/cherry picker, turret/reach truck, forklift over 5K).
• Load/unload materials, secure loads for transit, and perform stock counts as needed.
• Record units moved on daily production sheets and scan freight using RF devices.
