Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider, seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage labor and equipment in the warehouse, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role emphasizes planning, organizing, and monitoring receiving, storage, and distribution from suppliers to customers, with a focus on KPI-driven performance and training of associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping tasks; strong SAP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities and KPI monitoring.
• Receive and transfer materials and manage shift resources.
• Maintain procedures, accuracy, and safety standards across the department.
• Ensure timekeeping, metrics, and WMS reporting are up to date.
• Support new customer integrations and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
• Oversee load/unload of trucks and coordination of traffic.
