Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role, preferably in a warehouse/3PL.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk/stand for extended periods.

• Lead Supervisors and build a high-performing team.
• Ensure safety culture and lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
