Job summary

Hayes Company LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 1st shift at our Forney, TX facility. You will oversee a 3PL warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires leadership to coach and develop the team, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous process improvements. This on-site position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, coach and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
Drive a high-performance workplace culture aligned with core values.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with standards.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Implement strategies to prevent inventory discrepancies and improve efficiency.
Track KPIs and take action to improve performance.
Create and manage employee schedules to ensure coverage.
Ensure outbound orders meet quality standards and resolve issues.
Utilize WMS and related systems to track orders and shipments.
