Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Denver, driving accuracy and efficiency across receiving, putaway, kitting, and outbound shipments.

You will oversee system transactions in MRP, WMS, and SAP, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to meet inventory targets. Strong leadership and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years in warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, SAP, and MRP systems.
• Experience with handling sensitive materials is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, kitting, inventory control, and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely physical and system transactions using MRP, WMS, and SAP.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory flow.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to improve performance and retention.
