Job summary

Lineage is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 20 in a high-volume facility in Colorado. You will oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and drive engagement and development of staff.

Schedule is determined, with potential overtime on weekends; roles may be 1st or 2nd shift. You will collaborate with operations leadership to meet service levels and customer requirements while reducing costs and improving performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends when needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize merchandise and inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure product availability.
• Investigate accidents following company procedures.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment.
• Resolve employee issues and communicate across levels.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
