Job summary

Trillium Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping across multiple shifts. You will drive FIFO compliance, lead WMS-related initiatives, and partner with IT, Production, and Supply Chain to improve visibility and efficiency.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safe operations, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment.
• Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations required.
• Experience with WMS implementation and optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and outbound shipping.
• Ensure efficient distribution of raw materials to production and timely shipment of finished goods to customers.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures that improve productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for warehouse personnel across three shifts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
