Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound/outbound operations at our Florida facility. You will drive productivity, ensure safety, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

Strong leadership and 2–3 years in warehousing are expected, with proficiency in MS Office and forklift/OSHA familiarity. The role emphasizes KPI tracking, payroll oversight, shift leadership, and staff training, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or an associate degree preferred; equivalent education/experience acceptable
• Forklift and OSHA certified preferred
• 2–3 years in warehousing or supply chain management
• Exceptional leadership and directing abilities
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
• Understanding of all safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Coordinate work with internal and external staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Manage activities associated with inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Meet warehouse standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
• Optimize employee workflow and suggest productivity improvements
• Ensure reduction of financial loss related to damaged products
• Analyze shipment logs and review delivery timelines
• Move inventory by scheduling transfers and coordinating with related departments
• Review/payroll and commissions reports and submit for payment
• Open and close the shift
• Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers
• Maintain facility vehicles and equipment
• Determine and track key KPIs
• Maintain clean storage areas and suggest improvements
• Deliver supplies to departments by receiving and transferring items
• Complete related tasks to accomplish warehouse and organizational goals
