Job summary

Trailblazer Foods seeks a warehouse associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory at our offsite distribution center. You will lead team members, run reports, pick ingredients, stage transfers, and assist loading/unloading trucks while upholding FIFO and inventory accuracy.

The role requires attendance reliability, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication. You may assist at the main warehouse and collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year food processing related experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak the English language.
• Use simple math, and use basic hand held measuring tools.
• Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed.
• Ensure HACCP program and FDA requirements compliance.
• Meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner.
• Operate stand up, outside and sit down forklifts.
• Load/unload trucks and manage FIFO staging and inventory.
• Picks shipping orders and maintains shipping/receiving logs.
• Assist inventory control and documentation tasks as needed.
