Job summary

Customized Distribution Services, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator for our Weaversville/Allentown, PA site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, performing safe handling and movement of goods in a distribution center.

Responsibilities include operating various forklifts, maintaining inventory, loading/unloading, and assisting with training and RF system use. Benefits include PTO, 401k, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months of forklift experience (Sit-Down, Stand Up, Walkie Rider or Hi-Lo).
• Minimum 3–6 months of prior warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of RF-based warehouse technologies and operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and accurately.
• Operate multiple forklift types to move goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and verify quantities for shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training as needed.
• Support RF system operations and general housekeeping.
