• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and direct Operations Associates to meet priorities.
• Train new and current staff on procedures, safety, and productivity.
• Operate forklift and train others on safety standards.
• Use WMS and Excel to track orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Process orders, print labels, and prepare shipments.
• Monitor workflow, identify issues, and communicate with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare samples for clients.
