Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: provide day-to-day direction and support to Operations Associates to ensure work assignments and priorities are completed on time.
• Train and Develop Team Members: onboard and train new and existing employees on procedures, safety, and productivity requirements.
• Forklift Operation and Training: safely operate equipment and train others on proper forklift operation.
• Warehouse Management Systems: use WMS and internal systems to process orders and track inventory.
• Microsoft Excel: maintain operational data, track productivity, and assist reporting.
• Monitor Workflow and Productivity: coordinate workload, assign tasks, and identify issues affecting productivity.
• Fulfill and Process Orders: select products, verify quantities, package, and prepare shipments.
• Print and Label Samples: print and apply labels accurately.
• Inventory Management: maintain sample/material inventory and correct discrepancies.
• Package Client Materials: assemble samples and marketing materials for shipment.
• Manage Marketing Materials: track assets and maintain inventory levels.
• Quality and Accuracy: review work for quality and assist teammates in corrections.
• Safety and Compliance: promote safe working environment and follow policies.
• Team Support and Communication: be a point of contact for Operations Associates and escalate concerns.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
