Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, production planning and product strategy development at our Texas facility. You will lead a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost control while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate has extensive warehouse operations experience, including cold storage, and a proven track record in performance management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience working in a production-based, fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of product strategy and research for new products.
• Sets production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls.
• Guides manufacturing process planning including staffing, materials, subcontractors and tooling.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing with other functions and suppliers for optimal utilization.
• Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
